Online Account

Upon registration, you must log in to www.pinknshine.com using your email address and a password of your choice. It is your responsibility to safeguard and keep your password confidential. Any orders placed using your login ID will be treated as your own and processed accordingly.

Operating Terms

www.pinknshine.com reserves the sole discretion to suspend or terminate any services without prior notice. However, all existing orders will be fulfilled or refunded in full. The website reserves the right to deny services to individuals without providing reasons for the decision. www.pinknshine.com will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of its platform.

Warranty and Liability:

www.pinknshine.com is not responsible for any harm caused by the use of the products received by members or those purchased from “Pink N Shine”. We are not liable for any delays or failures in meeting our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such events are beyond our control.

Copyright and Intellectual Property:

All information on the website is safeguarded by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The website is independently designed, updated, and managed by www.pinknshine.com. You are not permitted to copy, modify, publish, transfer, sell, reproduce, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any content from www.pinknshine.com. Failure to comply may lead to legal actions under the jurisdiction of Thane Courts.

Damaged Products: Before sending out our products, our team carefully inspects them for quality. Unfortunately, we cannot control damages that occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it with a similar item from our available stock. Please email us at support@pinknshine.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a picture of the damage. We will guide you on the next steps. Any reports of damage after 48 hours will not be considered.

Missed Delivery: Our delivery partners make three attempts to deliver your order. If you are unable to collect your order, it will be returned to us. We can resend the order for an extra ₹250 upon your request. Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned must be paid for online, including the additional shipping charges, before we can resend them.
